    My name is Igor Vogin. I’ve been living in the Seattle area for the past 5 years. I’ve owned 4 Cosworths in the last few years in various forms of neglect so I tried my best to build one nice one out of the four. A rust free chassis was used and I swapped in an engine from a NAM auto car and the dogleg 5spd from another. Exterior was mixed and matched so basically it’s a Frankenstein of a car at this point. I tried my best to do a write up of the build sheet so here it is as follows:

    New crack free dash with dash cap

    Red painted needles on cluster

    NLA H&R Cup Springs
    NLA Adjustable dampening Koni Sport shocks
    Custom adjustable rear camber arms
    Brand new OE multilink rear suspension arms/new bushings
    Brand new OE front lower control arms with bushings, balljoints
    New steering shock, tie rods, sway bar links, and sway bar bushings
    Weissach Front strut tower brace
    Alignment performed at Provo Motorsports in Seattle

    17x8 et35 (squared) Compomotive TH1 wheels
    New lug bolts
    Yokohama S Drives 235/40/17 (squared)
    Synthetic high temp brake fluid
    Stainless steel braided brake lines
    Slotted and cross drilled Rotors

    New Genuine Mercedes intake cam sprocket, guide wheel, intermediary shaft, timing chain, guides, and tensioner.
    Genuine MB head gasket, valve cover gasket, oil pan, front seal, rear main seal.
    Genuine MB rod bearing set
    New water pump
    Upgraded W220 Alternator
    Complete AC and lines delete
    Cruise control delete
    SLS pump delete
    Heater core bypass
    Fan and clutch delete
    Thermal activated electric fan
    New Moose radiator
    Wrinkle black powdercoated Valve cover w/polished lettering.
    750ml aluminum oil catch can w/AN line
    AN Fuel lines.
    ELBE Engineering complete EFI conversion with distributor delete, coil on plug setup. Camshaft position sensor & crank position sensor and Bosh injectors.
    Spectre air intake
    Bosch wideband o2 sensor, VEMS stand-alone
    Tuned and dynoed by DUDMD Tuning in Auburn Wa 173whp (approx 205hp to crank)
    Only used full synthetic Mobil 1 European 0w-40 and Lucas Oil Stabilizer
    Factory tube headers, Gutted Cats, 2.5” piping to 2 aftermarket resonators and DTM style muffler. (Rear bumper valance has been notched so the exhaust would sit higher)

    Dogleg 5spd flushed and filled with Redline MT Fluid
    Lightened OEM flywheel
    Spec Stage 1 clutch/pressure plate
    New Genuine MB input shaft seal
    3.27 Limited Slip Diff with new Redline fluid
