In Snell Foundation lingo, "SA" stands for Special Applications and "M" signifies Motorcycle.

M helmets are tested with a single impact close to the crown.

SA helmets are tested for multiple impacts over a wider area. They're also fire resistant. In other words, designed to be used in a race car.

They're klutch km16. 16x8/16x9 with low 20s ET. I like that they look similar to oem wheels and the size is what I was looking for.
    Turbocharger is a tb70s2 twin scroll T3 0.84a/r, 57 trim on compressor.
My next purchase will be 5thscaleracer's flywheel, while I wait for that the block a d head will be at machine shop. Once that's done and assembled I'll be ordering ground control coils and rear arm kit

The wheels in the pic are Compomotive TH, which are similar to Racing Hart Superlatives, Bridgestone DTM, and O.Z. Racing Rally wheels.

You can buy Compos band-new for around $1000 a set.

The wheels I have now will work for me in the meantime, I can't wait to wrap them in rubber.
I'll buy another set of wheels next year after I see how these perform. I'll definitely get 17s or 18s because tire size is to limited in the wider 16 wheels.
Does anyone know the specs on the 190e hillclimb cars?

When wheels start creeping up in price to near, at and past $1000, I expect them to be multipiece.

I was quoted a price closer to $250 each. But that was a few years back. Maybe prices have changed.

The crazy hillclimb monsters you see in Europe are generally running radial slicks in super soft compounds. Not the kind of thing you just order from Tirerack.
