    I'll be working on self driving cars with General Motors. I'll just sit in the drivers seat and let the car drive itself. I'm just the human backup.

    I heard they are cancelling Tesla's program because of "risk", too many close calls. Now GM is developing into this? Be safe out there. Are you required to wear a helmet?

    I start on Monday so lets hope the risk isn't bad. I don't think Tesla's is cancelling anything but they don't use lidar in their self driving cars everyone else uses lidar.

    Nope! I'm still alive and i sat in a self driving car with a person in front drivers seat as a safety backup. It was crazy to witness a self driving car working its thing
